IT STARTED WITH FLOUR
Founded in 2023, Swirlzy wasn't just about baking bread; it was about creating a community around the warmth of the oven. Our founder, Chef Sarah, started experimenting with sourdough starters in her tiny apartment kitchen.
Today, we are a team of passionate bakers, pastry chefs, and dreamers who believe that the best ingredient is always love (and a lot of high-quality butter). We source locally, bake daily, and serve with a smile.
